Need to talk to a doctor after hours?

Now it’s easy to talk to a doctor after hours. You can use Practice Plus telehealth service from 5 pm to 10 pm on weekdays: 8 am to 8 pm at weekends. To see a GP in person after-hours, we recommend you visit East Care.

Our health care team is here to support your wellbeing

We have a diverse team of nurses, doctors, clinic assistants and support staff. Languages spoken at our patient care centre include Mandarin, Hindi, Malay and Cantonese.

General Practitioner
Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and various dialects. Dr Anthony Yau has a MB ChB 1979 from Sheffield. He had set up his solo GP practice at Highgate 26 years ago.
General Practitioner
Fluent in English. Dr D'Cruze has a Diploma in Child Health. MBBS, MD (Germany), DCH (Ireland). A highly experienced GP and urgent care doctor. A Fellow of RNZCGP.
General Practitioner
Fluent in Mandarin and English. Jing is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FRNZCGP).
General Practitioner
Fluent in Mandarin and English. Formally trained in China from 1985 – 1993, Dr Liu arrived in New Zealand in 1997 and is a fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
General Practitioner
Fluent in English, Malay and speaks basic Mandarin. Dr. Wong graduated from St George's University of London in 2012.
General Practitioner
Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujrati and Urdu. Dr Kohlhagen has an undergraduate medical qualification from the University of Melbourne and clinical experience in 4 countries including rural Victoria, Australia.
Registered Nurse
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Carmen completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) in 2004 and post graduate certificate in Advance nursing practice in 2005.

Fluent in English and Mandarin. Delia graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2018 and completed her post-graduate degree in Health Science.
Registered Nurse
Fluent in English and Tagalog. She graduated with her Bachelors of Nursing from the University of Auckland in 2021.
Registered Nurse
Fluent in English and Mandarin. Mei is an overseas nurse and completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences from the University of Auckland in 2008

Fluent in English. Rozie graduated with a Bachelor of Health science, Nursing.
Registered Nurse
Fluent in English, Mandarin and understands Cantonese. Wen completed her Bachelor of nursing at the Manukau Institute of Technology in 2005 and a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences from the University of Auckland in 2008.
Health Improvement Practitioner
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. Mei Ling completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health and Addiction and is looking for opportunities to continue to upskill her theoretical and practical knowledge in every way.
Support Staff
Fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. Harveen graduated overseas with a Bachelor of Science, Major in Food and Nutrition, in 2017.
